Kamana Beamer to head Hawai‘i’s The Kohala Center

January 16, 2015 (Pacific Business News)—Kamanamaikalani Beamer has been selected to succeed Matthews Hamabata as president and CEO of The Kohala Center on Hawai‘i’s Big Island. The Big Island-based research, education and conservation nonprofit has multiple programs, some of which reach statewide, that focus on land, energy and food self-reliance.
