Lecture focuses on coral reef at Kahalu‘u Bay

KAMUELA, Hawai‘i—April 5, 2012—Marine biologist Kaipo Perez III provides an updated ecological evaluation of coral reef resources at Kahalu‘u Bay in an Eia Hawai‘i presentation in Hilo and a Puana Ka ‘Ike lecture in Kona. The lectures will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at the University of Hawai‘i Hilo, Campus Center (CC) 301, and from 5:30–7 p.m. Friday, April 13, in the Keauhou Beach Resort ballroom.
