Hawai‘i Seed Fest: Local Seeds for Local Needs

Saturday, September 21, 2019—Hosted by Gerry Herbert and Nancy Redfeather with special guests. Clean, share seed, and taste crops grown during Kona’s “wet season”; learn about vegetative propagation of tropical food crops and take home some cuttings; discover fresh and free seed at the Kailua-Kona seed library; take the once-a-year Kawanui Farm Tour; and more. Attendance is $10 per person and space is limited to 15 participants.
