Healthy Schools Day Festival Date: Wednesday, March 19, 2014 Time: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. Location: Hawai‘i State Capitol Rotunda, 415 S. Beretania Street, Honolulu Healthy Schools Day 2014 will be celebrated through interactive demonstrations at the Capitol Rotunda. The demonstrations will showcase the policies and programs in Hawai‘i K-12 schools that support healthy students. Kū ‘Āina Pā Cohort 2 Spring Workshop
Cohort 2 will return to Mala‘ai: The Culinary Garden of Waimea Middle School for its final workshop for 2014. Topics to be covered include water in the garden, invasive species in Hawai‘i, and preparation and sharing of professional development presentations to be given at the School Garden Symposium in June.

Hawai‘i Farm to School and School Garden Hui Summer Meeting
Friday June 6, 2014 - The Hawai‘i Farm to School & School Garden Hui is a collaboration of representatives from each island that advocates for Farm to School for Hawai‘i.
