December 19, 2015—Our last volunteer day of 2015 will be in one of our favorite places, and provide an opportunity to plant some of Kohala’s less common native species. Our State DOFAW partners have collected and propagated rare native plants, and we are helping out by returning these plants to this sanctuary in their home range.
This will be a shorter volunteer day, from 8:30-12:30 only. Be sure to bring a water bottle and wear sturdy shoes or boots. As always, we will provide tools, gloves, water and snacks.
Please RSVP by Thursday, 12/17.
