Details: HACCP plans are increasingly being required of food establishments that supply to other food firms as an assurance of food safety. If you are purchasing from or selling to other food establishments, requiring or having a HACCP plan from your suppliers and as a buyer is strongly recommended. Doing so strengthens our entire food safety system. There is a certification exam at the end of the course.
Cost: $550 before August 2, $600 after August 2. Registration fee includes cost of instruction, use of facilities, continental breakfast, and mid-morning and afternoon snacks for each day of the workshop, and and all workshop materials. Lodging is not included.
