November 21, 2015—Island meat producers are invited to tour our Mobile Slaughter Unit, learn more about Hawai‘i Island Meat Cooperative (HIMC), and apply for membership! Consumers are also welcome to attend to learn about HIMC and when and where to find our products. HIMC board members will be providing ‘ono sliders made from their own meats! Attendees are welcome (but not required) to bring a side, salad, dessert, or drink to share. Hope to see you there!
