Food Safety and Good Agricultural Practices
(Captain Cook, Hawai‘i Island)

Saturday, August 3, 2019—Learn about Good Agricultural Practices and farm food safety at this workshop presented by Luisa F. Castro, Ph.D. The session will share information about basic food safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and risk management tools for your operation.

Admission is free, but pre-registration is required. Sign up at koha.la/food-safety-gap by July 31.

These food safety and GAP sessions will be the final workshops Dr. Castro facilitates before leaving Hawai‘i to work for Washington State Department of Agriculture.
