Cooking From the Garden with Chef Susan Tauson at Mala‘ai: The Culinary Garden at Waimea Middle School

Description: Tour Mala‘ai and then join in harvesting to cook, using ingredients fresh from the garden. Help to prepare the food in their outdoor classroom under the instruction of Chef Susan. Experience the whole cycle, harvesting, preparing, sharing and eating healthy, delicious, fresh and local dishes.
