Community Organization Development 2013

Details: This program will provide you and your organization, or the organization you want to build, the information necessary to succeed in your mission, achieve your goals and fund the process. Presentations will be made on effective management for non-profits, leadership skills, strategic planning, finding grants, legal and ethical responsibilities, as well as available services from government and private foundations. Co-sponsored by Hilo Hāmākua Community Development Corporation and the Hawai‘i County Department of Research and Development.
Cost: $20, includes lunch and handouts. A limited number of scholarships are available upon application.
