Koai‘a Corridor Tree Planting (Waimea)

December 5, 2015—The best time to plant a tree?  TODAY! Join us in the Koai‘a Corridor Restoration Area for a fun day restoring native trees to their ancestral homes. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Wear boots or sturdy shoes, and dress for sun, wind, and rain. We provide tools, plants, gloves, drinking water and snacks. You bring a water bottle and sack lunch.  Meet at the Kohala Center office at 8:30. Work until lunch, then explore Magic Valley, home to native plants and birds! Return by 3:30.

Please RSVP by Thursday, 12/3. Space is limited for this trip, so reply early!
