Class Project: Comparing Tide pool Species Abundance
Students examined and compared tide pool species abundance in Kahalu‘u and at the marine reserve at the Old Kona airport to determine if there was a difference in number of species at each location. They also looked at basic water quality parameters to see how this affected species abundance in the tide pools.
